Terms of Service
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Clarity 356 app and the website at clarity356.com. By using Clarity 356, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Clarity 356.
What Clarity 356 does
Clarity 356 helps you use your phone less. It keeps the apps you choose locked. To open one, you type a Bible verse from memory. The app opens for a few minutes, then locks again.
A tool, not a cage
You are always in charge of your phone. You can turn Clarity 356 off in your phone's Settings at any time. Clarity 356 should not be used to control another person's phone without their permission.
Using the app
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Clarity 356.
- Use Clarity 356 only in ways that follow the law and these terms.
- Don't copy, sell, or try to break or reverse-engineer the app.
App stores
You get Clarity 356 from Apple's App Store or Google Play. Their terms also apply to you. Apple and Google are not responsible for Clarity 356 or for support of the app. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies too.

No promises
We work hard to make Clarity 356 helpful, but we provide it "as is." We don't promise it will always work, lock every app on time, or be free of bugs. Phone makers can change how app locking works at any time. Don't rely on Clarity 356 in an emergency or for anything where a locked app could cause harm.
Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, Clarity 356 is not responsible for any indirect or lost-profit damages, or for things like missed messages or lost time, that come from using or not being able to use the app.
Paid features
Clarity 356 is free today. If we add paid features later, prices and billing will be shown in the app before you buy, and purchases will be handled by Apple or Google.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or Clarity 356 will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Clarity 356 after that, you agree to the new terms.
